An Ordinance to amend the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance,
1936.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Defences (Firing Areas) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance, 1936, hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance.
2. Subsection (6) of section 4 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended by the addition thereto immediately after the figures "1947" at the end thereof of the following proviso-
.
Provided that practice firing may take place over
the Port Shelter Range described as Firing Area B in the First Schedule hereto on any day which is not a Wednesday or a Sunday".

An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding two hundred million eight hundred and thirty-nine thousand and eighty-three dollars to the Public Service of the financial year ending 31st March, 1951.
WHEREAS the expenditure required for the service of this Colony for the financial year ending on the 31st March, 1951, has been estimated at the sum of two hundred million eight hundred and thirty-nine thousand and eighty-three dollars.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Appropriation for Short title. 1950-1951 Ordinance, 1950.
